Vice President:  Karl Weekes has been a board member for 10 years and the past president of the Coalition. He is very active in protecting the property rights of housing providers and chaired the NET Committee. As head of the NET committee Karl worked closely with the Mayor’s team to provide a more investor friendly community. Karl also works diligently with the Department of Social Services Committee.  Karl has been a housing provider for 30 years and runs a successful property management company.  Karl’s experience and knowledge is invaluable to our members. Secretary:  Scott Wilson  has been an active member of the board for over four years and has been very helpful in executing many imperative marketing and promotional campaigns.  He  has acted as the event  coordinator for the Coalitions Clean Sweep initiative and a host of other public events.  His opinions and ideas have helped shape our goals.

Treasurer: Joseph D’Alessandro comes to the Coalition with a degree in Finance from John Carroll University and he is currently attending the Simon School.  He is our treasurer and keeps our membership data current. He has been a housing provider and investor for the past 6  years. David Ahl  has been an active board member for the last 5 years.  David is the principal leader in our never-ending quest to challenge governmental injustices and constitutional rights infringements.  David brings his vast knowledge of case and statutory law to the Coalition.  David has lead the Coalition to several wins in the judicial system.  He chairs the Legal Issues Committee and Co-chaired the NET Committee.  He can be reached at

Andy Ophardt has been with us the  Coalition for over 5 years.  He has been invaluable to the Coalition with his keen writing and communication skills.  He proofreads many important letters that are mailed out to the community.  Andy also leads the charge in our quest to tame the Municipal  Code Violations Bureau  (MCVB) and has achieved several  important wins for the benefit of everyone.
